Spec Tech Inc. is dedicated to training, education and self-sufficiency of  the members of Rusk County. We are located in a facility that was once functioning K-12 school, and now established with small business in collaboration with our goal to support the growing younger generation. This housing facility of industries offers top of the line accommodations for businesses that would otherwise not have access to such things. Rusk County area is working hard at the reestablishment of community and partnerships. Spec Tech Inc. offers the support to the Community by facilitating opportunities for on the job training, alternative diploma achievement programs, life skills, addiction mentorship and resources, mental health resources, and incentive driven programming, and a sense of membership in the community. This vital combination promotes self-sufficiency for the participant.
